I worked as Producer on Sheepskin, Co-Producer and 3rd AD on Alyssum, and Grip and 2nd AD on Harmony Inc. Seeing how Harmony ran first allowed me to compare and prepare for creating a positive and inclusive environment on set with empathy and human nature. I brought this to each role, which again allowed me to create positive days I was on set. Planning, communication, and inclusion are the main keys to be the best producer I can be.
