Prologue is a gritty slice-of-life short film that follows a weary father and his two sons as they face challenges at school, home and work, until the father makes a decision that will define his families future. Prologue focuses on the real-life characters at its core, observing the world around them and the material challenges they face day-to-day.
Grubber explores the universal struggle of being stuck in minimum-wage, customer service jobs. It’s a film made for anyone who's ever fantasised about murdering a particularly rude customer at the end of a hellish, exhausting, soul-crushing 10-hour shift. Grubber puts these fantasies into reality, being somewhat of a cathartic release for those who relate, and a wake-up call for those who do not.
