I worked as a sound assistant and a gaffer on the student short films 'Sheepskin' and 'The Too Perfect Alibi', respectively. Both roles gave me extensive practical knowledge of roles I hadn't really worked in before. It allowed me to try out some new techniques and learn from those around me on set. It was really fascinating to me to be able to gain such experiences, and it has definitely fuelled my drive to learn more in the future.
