Hewn Svet (Carved World) is a series of oil paintings, exploring the narrative of imagined spaces. Evolving from the relationship to my Slavic and Jewish heritage through Folklore and Pagan knowledge. Within this body of work there is always a soft storyline to be beheld, pushing the viewer to contemplate their own relationship with what could be occurring.
