Chatfields is a vegetarian restaurant that offers a unique vegetarian cooking class and dining experience. Located on the first floor of the Star Boating Club, this design uses biophilic principles to create a connection to nature from the inside out. This project responds to a scenario that sees the adaptive reuse of the existing clubrooms and opens the space for both club members and the community to enjoy.
