Beneath The Surface' is an editorial book made up of two sections that aim to inform parents/caregivers of how to support their highschool-age children through experiences with social anxiety. The first section, 'To Understand Me', explains what social anxiety is, its effects, and its symptoms. The second, 'To Support Me', provides guidance on how the parents can support their child through this.
