So OCD' is a personal campaign aimed at dismantling stereotypes around Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. Through a seven minute YouTube video, the project explores the creator's experience with OCD, and how crochet serves as a therapeutic outlet. The crochet tapestry titled 'So OCD' is a physical manifestation of one of the author's obsessions: crochet. The accompanying social media campaign expands on themes from the film, debunking myths and challenging misconceptions about OCD.
