‘A Sin is What We Make It’ is based on the folktale of Tu’er Shen from 1795 in Qing Dynasty China.

‘Each Night, I Pray for a Divine Gender-Affirming Surgery’ is based on the Ancient Greek myth of Iphis & Ianthe from 8 AD.

LGBTQ+ people and their stories have existed for far longer than you and I, but the mainstream history narrative has an unfavourable habit of neglecting them. ‘Anything But Lovers’ reveals a tasting platter of lost tales, reimagined in the author-designer’s style for a young adult audience.
