Lasa’t Pamana is a meaningful design response aimed at addressing the cultural disconnection experienced by young Filipino immigrants. It is a board game designed to reconnect Filipino immigrants with their heritage through Filipino food, values, and traditions. The game uses cultural symbols, indigenous patterns, and staple recipes to explore Filipino identity. Through interactive play, Lasa’t Pamana fosters not only individual reconnection, but also creates opportunities for collective bonding among players with shared experiences of cultural displacement.
